What happens next?

• We are getting your goods from the manufacturer's distribution center in Hong Kong.
  In 90% of cases it takes around 1-3 business days to get the lenses ready for shipping.
• Hong Kong distributors can be out of stock for certain lens parameters for astigmatism and hyperopia, which means the waiting time before the lenses are shipped could be substantially longer. In this case we will update you with the supply time estimate and check if you are interested in waiting the extended period or prefer to modify / cancel the order.
• Although we work 24/7, our suppliers have a break on weekends and during public holidays.
  As a result, orders placed after Friday noon will get processed on the following Monday.
